Government Departments, including the Foreign and Commonwealth Office, Her Majesty's Treasury, the Department for Environment, Food and Rural Affairs, and the Department for Exiting the European Union, are actively engaging in discussions concerning a possible replacement for BEST funding. A number of options are being considered, and the Government plans to involve the Overseas Territories in these discussions. Ministers will have the opportunity to conduct further discussions on this topic as matters develop over the coming months.
