Question to the Department for Levelling Up, Housing & Communities:

To ask the Secretary of State for Levelling Up, Housing and Communities, what steps he is taking to ensure that all people who are eligible for the £150 council tax energy rebate but who do not pay their council tax by direct debit will receive that payment.
