The Secretary of State for Foreign, Commonwealth and Development Affairs is maintaining full accountability to parliamentary and select committee scrutiny. He has also reported to parliament on 16 December on the Review of the Independent Commission for Aid Impact (ICAI) and will continue to respond effectively to, and learn from, ICAI's reviews, as well as those of other external bodies.
