Question to the Ministry of Housing, Communities and Local Government:

To ask the Secretary of State for Housing, Communities and Local Government, if he make an assessment of the performance of Rossendales in the collection of council tax debts on behalf of West Lancashire Borough Council.

The collection of council tax, and enforcement in relation to non-payment of council tax, is a matter for local authorities and the Department does not collect data on the performance of enforcement agents.
