Question to the Department for Education:

To ask the Secretary of State for Education, if he will publish details of the procurement process for the new National Centre for Family Hubs and Integrated Services; and what steps his Department is taking to ensure that those services are delivered (a) transparently and (b) effectively.

The tendering opportunity in relation to the establishment of the National Centre for Family Hubs and Integrated Services went live on 11 December 2020 via the department’s electronic procurement portal, Jaggaer. This procurement is being undertaken in line with the Open procedure of the Public Contracting Regulations 2015. Any resulting contract will be awarded in line with the DfE standard terms and conditions for services and will be managed in line with departmental best practices.
