Confiscation Orders

Question to the Home Office:
To ask the Secretary of State for the Home Department, how many confiscation orders have been issued under the Proceeds of Crime Act 2002 since 2016; what the value of assets subject to restraint orders under that Act since 2016 were; and if she will publish the gross confiscation receipts year since 2016.
This question was answered on 2nd March 2018
The first Asset Recovery Statistical Bulletin was issued in September 2017 and will be published on an annual basis. It included the gross annual confiscation receipts.
