Question to the Cabinet Office:

To ask the Minister for the Cabinet Office, if he will consult the Leader of His Majesty’s Opposition on the revised Cabinet Manual.

The Government is committed to ensuring that the Cabinet Manual continues to be a non-party political record of fact that can be used from one administration to the next. We will seek feedback from parliamentary committees on the draft text later this year.
