Question to the Department for Education:

To ask the Secretary of State for Education, with reference to SEND reforms, what provisions will be made for home-educated children with SEND and children with Emotionally Based School Avoidance (EBSA).

It has not proved possible to respond to the hon. Member in the time available before Prorogation.
