Question to the Department for Education:
To ask the Secretary of State for Education, which academies and free schools have made applications to his Department to vary admissions requirements since 2016.
This question was answered on 8th February 2018
Based on the information held by the Education and Skills Funding Agency, there have been 15 requests to vary admissions requirements by academies and free schools since January 2016.
The attached table lists the academies and free schools.
