As was stated in the answer referred to by the hon. Member, the Government is currently considering the judgment made by the High Court on 10 October 2017 in respect of the statutory guidance relating to the policy on adults at risk in immigration detention. Home Office officials will shortly be meeting a range of bodies with an interest in immigration detention as part of the process of revising the guidance. The Home Office will also carefully consider any further recommendations or findings made by Stephen Shaw.
