Question to the Cabinet Office:
To ask the Chancellor of the Duchy of Lancaster and Minister for the Cabinet Office, whether his Department records data on the number of deaths within 28 days of receiving a covid-19 vaccine.
This question was answered on 16th June 2021
The information requested falls under the remit of the UK Statistics Authority. I have, therefore, asked the Authority to respond.
