Question to the Cabinet Office:

To ask the Chancellor of the Duchy of Lancaster and Minister for the Cabinet Office, whether any (a) special advisers and (b) officials working in the Prime Minister's Office have received legal representation funded from the public purse in relation to either (i) the investigation led by the Second Permanent Secretary to the Cabinet Office into gatherings in government properties or (ii) the investigation by the Metropolitan Police into potential breaches of regulations in Downing Street during covid-19 lockdowns.
