We are committed to ensuring that terminally ill patients are treated with the utmost sensitivity and care and receive the support they need to make a claim to Universal Credit.

Guidance is already available for all staff working on Universal Credit to assist them when working with claimants who have a terminal illness, a copy of which will be placed in the Library.
