Question to the Department for Business, Energy and Industrial Strategy:

To ask the Secretary of State for Business, Energy and Industrial Strategy for what reason the Impact Assessment for the Draft Domestic Gas and Electricity (Tariff Cap) Bill does not include an assessment of the potential merits of not including an appeals process to the Competition and Markets Authority.
