Question to the Department for Levelling Up, Housing & Communities:

To ask the Secretary of State for Communities and Local Government, whether he plans to meet those people affected by the Grenfell Tower fire who are still living in temporary accommodation before the end of 2017.

I, along with the Secretary of State and the Minister for Grenfell Victims, have regularly met those affected by the Grenfell Tower fire and will continue to do so in future. In particular, the Minister for Grenfell Victims continues to liaise with survivors, their representatives and other local organisations so that the challenges being faced by the community are fully recognised by both local and central government and reflected in our approach to recovery.
