Question to the Department for Education:

To ask the Secretary of State for Education, pursuant to the Answer of 2 December 2022 to Question 98899 on Free School Meals, what estimate she has made of the proportion of children in each region of England who are entitled to free school meals but have not applied for them.

The Department has previously conducted research into the proportion of children who are entitled to free school meals but do not claim them.
