Question to the Cabinet Office:

To ask the Chancellor of the Duchy of Lancaster and Minister for the Cabinet Office, pursuant to the Prime Minister's oral contribution of 31 January 2022, whether the Second Permanent Secretary and her investigation team will be redeployed following the delivery of the report entitled, Investigation into alleged gatherings on government premises during Covid restrictions: Update, or will continue to work on matters relating to that investigation.

Sue Gray remains Second Permanent Secretary with responsibility for the Union and Constitution at the Cabinet Office and Department for Levelling Up, Housing and Communities.

The Government does not comment on internal resourcing matters.
