Question to the Home Office:

To ask the Secretary of State for the Home Department, with reference to her department’s publication, Individuals referred to and supported through the Prevent Programme, April 2015 to March 2016, table D11, published on the 9 November 2017, if she will make an assessment of the reasons for low levels of referral of individuals subject to right-wing extremist concerns by friends and family, relative to the level for individuals subject to concerns relating to other forms of extremism.

This is the first release of Prevent data. To conduct any meaningful analysis we would expect to need at least three years data in order to show trends and patterns.
