To ask the Secretary of State for the Home Department, whether her Department has sought the extradition of whistleblower, Jonathan Taylor to the UK from Croatia.

The Home Office has no role in Mr Taylor’s case.

Whether to seek a person’s extradition to the UK is a matter for the UK’s independent police and prosecution services.
