To ask the Secretary of State for the Home Department, what role (a) her Department and (b) her Department's non-departmental public bodies have in the case of the UK whistleblower, Jonathan Taylor.

The Home Office has no role in Mr Taylor’s case.

Whether to seek a person’s extradition to the UK is a matter for the UK’s independent police and prosecution services.
