Question to the Department for Business, Energy and Industrial Strategy:

To ask the Secretary of State for Business, Energy and Industrial Strategy, whether the Government plans to enter a contract with the EURATOM Supply Agency after the UK leaves the EU.

The Government's stated objective in the forthcoming negotiations with the EU on our future relationship is to seek maximum continuity with Euratom, which is in the mutual interest of both parties. Those negotiations have not yet started, so the precise nature of that relationship, including with the Euratom Supply Agency, cannot be set out at this stage.
