Question to the Leader of the House:
To ask the Leader of the House, pursuant to her Oral Statement on 26 October 2017, Official Report, column 461, what she meant by her statement that she would encourage her hon. Friends to hold the Scottish Government to account.
The implementation of laws and policies that are devolved to Scotland are the responsibility of the Scottish Government. They are, therefore, accountable for all devolved decision making, and these matters should be raised in the Scottish Parliament with the Scottish Government.
