Question to the Department of Health and Social Care:

To ask the Secretary of State for Health, with reference to NHS England's cancer strategy implementation plan, what (a) funding and (b) resources he has allocated to support the roll-out of the recovery package and stratified follow up pathways.

Over the next two years, funding will be provided as part of a £200 million investment to encourage local areas to find new and innovative ways to diagnose cancer earlier, improve the care for those living with cancer and ensure each cancer patient gets the right care for them. This will include supporting Cancer Alliances to roll out the Recovery Package and personalised follow up (stratified) pathways.
