Question to the Home Office:
To ask the Secretary of State for the Home Department, what plans she has to introduce regulations on the use of police stations as a place of safety under section 136A of the Mental Health Act 1983.

The Government expects to lay the Regulations provided for under section 136A of the Mental Health Act, shortly.
