Question to the Department of Health and Social Care:
To ask the Secretary of State for Health, what the level of data his Department has collected on ovarian hyperstimulation syndrome has been in each year since 2010.

The Human Fertilisation and Embryology Authority (HFEA) has advised that since 2010, it has required licensed clinics, under the HFEA’s Code of Practice, General Directions 0011, to report all adverse incidents, which includes severe ovarian hyperstimulation syndrome.
