Question to the Home Office:

To ask the Secretary of State for the Home Department, whether her Department considers it safe to deport failed asylum seekers to Yemen.

Each case is considered on its own merits. Where a person qualifies for asylum or humanitarian protection we will grant it. Where we and the courts conclude that a person does not qualify, they are expected to leave the UK.
