Question to the Home Office:
To ask the Secretary of State for the Home Department, when the Vulnerable Persons Resettlement Scheme will resume.
This question was answered on 3rd November 2020
It is not currently possible to undertake resettlement activity due to the impact of the coronavirus (COVID-19) pandemic. We continue to evaluate how to respond given these restrictions and pressures, but we expect to resume refugee resettlement activity when safe to do so.
We continue to closely monitor the situation and remain in regular dialogue with our international and domestic stakeholders.
