Question to the Department for Digital, Culture, Media & Sport:
To ask the Secretary of State for Digital, Culture, Media and Sport, with reference to the policy paper, The exchange and protection of personal data: a future partnership paper, published on 24 August 2017, whether it is her policy to maintain the UK's alignment with EU data protection law after the UK leaves the EU irrespective of how EU data protection law changes in the future.
