Question to the Department for Digital, Culture, Media & Sport:
To ask the Secretary of State for Digital, Culture, Media and Sport, with reference to the policy paper, The exchange and protection of personal data: a future partnership paper, published on 24 August 2017, whether it is her policy to secure a UK-EU model for exchanging and protecting personal data which can not in the future be declared invalid by the European Court of Justice.
