The UK has been a long-standing advocate of environmental protection. This case is in the hands of the EU Court of Justice, whose meeting is awaited. As such, we have made no formal bilateral representation to the Polish Government or European Commission. Our Embassy in Warsaw are monitoring developments and have been in touch with the Environment Ministry at a working level.
