To ask the Secretary of State for Levelling Up, Housing and Communities, how many recipients of the Disabled Facilities Grant there were in each local authority in (a) 2020 (b) 2021 (c) 2022.

Full, audited data on recipients of Disabled Facilities Grant (DFG) in each local authority each year is not held centrally by the Department for Levelling Up, Housing and Communities. Data from voluntary local authority annual returns on their DFG delivery is analysed each year by Foundations, the National Body of Home Improvement Agencies. Their most recent report for 2020-21 can be found at the following link: https://www.foundations.uk.com/library/dfg-performance/.

Question to the Department for Levelling Up, Housing & Communities:
To ask the Secretary of State for Levelling Up, Housing and Communities, whether he is taking steps to ensure that each home sold under the Right to Buy scheme extension is replaced by equivalent social housing.
Answered by Eddie Hughes
This Government is committed to the Right to Buy, which has helped nearly two million council tenants to realise their dream of home ownership.
The Prime Minister announced on 9 June 2022 the intention to extend the Right to Buy to housing association tenants, and that homes sold under an extended Right to Buy scheme will be replaced on a one-for-one basis.
We will be working closely with the housing association sector as we develop the scheme and will announce more details in due course.

Question to the Department for Levelling Up, Housing & Communities:
To ask the Secretary of State for Levelling Up, Housing and Communities, what assessment he has made of the implications for his policies of the findings from the Community Security Trust that anti-Jewish hate incidents have increased 34 per cent from 2020.
Answered by Kemi Badenoch - President of the Board of Trade
Any amount of antisemitism is too much and the Government will continue tackling it in all its forms. We are providing £14 million this year, and provided over £65 million to date, for the Protective Security Grant to protect Jewish schools and community buildings. We also were the first country to adopt the IHRA definition of antisemitism and will continue to encourage organisations and councils to take this important step to combat antisemitism in their communities.

Question to the Department for Levelling Up, Housing & Communities:
To ask the Secretary of State for Levelling Up, Housing and Communities, what assessment he has made of the potential impact of purpose-built student housing on house prices in Bath.
Answered by Neil O'Brien
The Department has not made a specific assessment of the potential impact of purpose-built student housing on house prices in Bath.
Our National Planning Policy Framework sets out that local planning authorities should identify the size, type and tenure of housing needed for different groups in the community. This includes, but is not limited to, students.
Our planning practice guidance states that local planning authorities should plan for sufficient student accommodation, whether this consists of communal halls of residence or self-contained dwellings, and whether or not it is on campus. Encouraging more dedicated student accommodation may provide low cost housing that takes pressure off the private rented sector and increases the overall housing stock.

Question to the Department for Levelling Up, Housing & Communities:
To ask the Secretary of State for Levelling Up, Housing and Communities, if he will commit to reforming public sector land policy to ensure that affordable housing can be delivered more quickly.
Answered by Christopher Pincher
Work has begun on a new, ambitious cross-Government Estates strategy to look at how public sector land can be managed and released so it can be put to better use. This will include home building, improving the environment, contributing to net-zero goals and injecting growth opportunities into communities across the country.
National Planning Policy Framework sets out that it is for local authorities to assess the housing needs of different groups, including those who require affordable housing, and to reflect this in their planning policies
