Thursday 5th September 2019

Asked by: Tom Brake (Liberal Democrat - Carshalton and Wallington)

Question to the Leader of the House:

Answered by Jacob Rees-Mogg

If we leave the EU without a deal then no further primary exit legislation is needed before 31 October. We are confident that the necessary secondary legislation will be in force by 31 October.
