@tnewtondunn @MelJStride Fraught with problems, not least the question of who is wealthy? An entrepreneur sells their business after years of toil and taking no salary is hit by a wealth tax? A widower who sells a big house? If it’s a one off wouldn’t the really wealthy step around the worst of it?
