The Minister for Energy (Michael Shanks)
The Department for Energy Security and Net Zero has today published the annual report setting out the use of the Secretary of State’s powers exercised in respect of the Office for Nuclear Regulation during the year 2025-26. This is in accordance with section 108 of the Energy Act 2013.
