My Lords, since this is a manuscript amendment, it might be of assistance to the House if I read it.

ā€œIn Clause 11, line 3, after ā€˜provider of social housingā€™ insert ā€˜, and no suitable alternative accommodation (as defined in regulations to be made under this section, and provided by any such provider) is availableā€™ā€.
