@gosling_tim @stevewebb1 @pickfos The new proposed duty on trustees has greater U.K. parallels. Australia further strengthening its all-trustee governance model. U.K. had its chance in 2013 to go down this trustee only route when Office of Fair Trading (now CMA) reported on governance weaknesses.
