The Minister for Europe (Mr David Lidington)
In his statement to the House on 19 October, Official Report, column 656, following the October European Council, the Prime Minister said that he would be writing to the President of the European Council to set out the changes the Government wished to see in reforming the UK’s relationship with the European Union.
