Office, Staffing and Accomodation expenses are subject to a budget cap, only travel and subsistence claims are unlimited.
Following rent renewal, IPSA pay a revised rental amount of £2000 p/m. The first payment (Nov) was paid at previous rate of £1800 by IPSA and the £200 shortfall was paid directly by Sir Bernard with instrction from IPSA to claim back (evidence attached)
