Question to the Scotland Office:
To ask the Secretary of State for Scotland, how many officials employed by his Department, of each grade, have remained at that grade since 2010 but received a pay rise; and how much of a rise each such person at each such grade has received.
Answered by David Mundell
The Scotland Office does not employ staff directly. All staff that join do so on an assignment, loan or secondment from other Public Sector bodies, principally the Scottish Government and the Ministry of Justice, who remain the employers. Staff terms and conditions of service, including pay awards and payroll administration is a matter for the parent employers. The office does not hold information in the form requested.
