Question to the Department for Education:

To ask the Secretary of State for Education, when her Department plans to provide approval for the proposed amalgamation of College House Junior School and Meadow Lane Infant School.

The application, for consent to publish a proposal to open a new community school, to replace the existing Meadow Lane Infant and College House Primary Schools was approved on the 2 February.

Nottinghamshire County Council has been informed.
