Question to the Department of Health and Social Care:

To ask Her Majesty's Government what plans they have to bring forward a renewed approval for the continuation of early medical abortion treatment at home, prior to the expiration of the current approval on 31 March.

We are considering evidence submitted to the Government’s consultation on ‘Home use of both pills for early medical abortion up to 10 weeks gestation’. We will publish our response the future of the approval as soon as possible.
