My Lords, I should like to notify the House of the retirements, with effect from 26 March of the noble Earl, Lord Selborne, with effect from 27 March of the noble Lord, Lord Steel of Aikwood, and with effect from 2 April of the noble Lord, Lord Brookman, pursuant to Section 1 of the House of Lords Reform Act 2014. On behalf of the House, I thank the noble Lords for their much-valued service to the House.
