My Lords, I regret to inform the House of the death of the noble Lord, Lord Laming, on 15 July. I understand that there will be an opportunity for the House to pay tribute to Lord Laming in the coming days. On behalf of the House, I extend our condolences to the noble Lord’s family and friends.
