To ask His Majesty's Government how the clinical outcomes of patients being relocated from St Andrew's Healthcare are being measured in order to ensure high-quality care.

To ask His Majesty's Government how many patients at the Northampton site of St Andrew's healthcare were in out-of-area placements, defined as outside of their home trust, prior to NHS England's intervention; and how many patients relocated from that site have since been placed in out-of-area placements.
