It is important to devolve power to the Scottish Parliament to allow them to set up drug consumption rooms given Scotland's drug death rates. Evidence from other countries shows that such services can greatly help a vulnerable population and be beneficial for society.
If there's a Scottish independence referendum, Scots-born citizens in any other part of the UK should be allowed a vote.

Repeal the powers on income tax given to the Scottish Parliament as part of the Scotland Act 2012, so that Scottish rates of income tax can be aligned back to those set by the UK Government.
I want the Government to reverse their decision to block the Gender Recognition Reform (Scotland) Bill, as this legislation contains important provisions for the LGBT community in Scotland. We are a United Kingdom, and the UK Government should not block devolved legislation.
