The British parliament recently voted to legalise same sex marriage and abortion in Northern Ireland by a rather substantial majority. This was a vote nothing to do with the Northern Irish people and gave the people of Northern Ireland no say. Many people in NI and the UK are certainly outraged.

Northern Irish MLA’s continue to be paid around £35k a year, despite not having a sitting assembly in over two years and refusing to attend negotiations. This is unacceptable, MLA salaries should cease until a negotiation has been reached and a sitting Northern Irish Assembly has been restored.

It gives rights to UK women & obligates government to advance women's lives, recognising past inequalities & remedying them. Its provisions must become part of domestic law.

For 2nd time, Northern Ireland (NI) has no government due to a refusal of a party to nominate ministers. In 2019, nearly £15 MILLION was spent on salaries while NI had no government. Should any party refuse to nominate ministers, their MLAs should have their pay and expenses completely removed.
Due to an unacceptable abandonment of civic duties, I propose that elected MLA's salaries be cut, to match basic-rate Universal Credit, until an executive is formed. This should provide impetus for dissenting political figures to make good on their requirement to form a government.
Stop the Northern Ireland Troubles (Legacy and Reconciliation) Bill

The bill is opposed by all political parties and victims groups in Northern Ireland. The Northern Ireland Human Rights Commission says the bill is not compliant with The Human Rights Act. Amnesty International says the bill should be scrapped. This bill should be stopped.
