Hannah Ruth Kitching, having been created Baroness Kitching of Penistone, of Penistone in the County of South Yorkshire, was introduced and made the solemn affirmation, supported by Baroness Pinnock and Lord Mohammed of Tinsley, and signed an undertaking to abide by the Code of Conduct.
