June Abena Konadu Sarpong, OBE, having been created Baroness Sarpong, of Walthamstow in the London Borough of Waltham Forest, was introduced and took the oath, supported by Baroness Amos and Lord Alli, and signed an undertaking to abide by the Code of Conduct.
