Katherine Lucy Martin, having been created Baroness Martin of Brockley, of Ladywell in the London Borough of Lewisham, was introduced and made the solemn affirmation, supported by Lord Wood of Anfield and Lord Livermore, and signed an undertaking to abide by the Code of Conduct.
