My Lords, as noble Lords will know, tributes will commence very shortly. Before they do, I would just like to inform your Lordships’ House that the usual channels met this morning and agreed that a very limited number of named people would take the oath now. Oath taking will then resume later, after tributes. I request that the Front Benches be cleared so that the oath taking can take place.
